With this collection of craft Chocolate bars, we introduce a taste of Ireland’s unique flavours which combine fantastically with craft Chocolate. These bars marry old Irish traditions with ancient flavours of Cacao. We use burnt sugar, orange bitters, Irish Whiskey, Gorse Flowers, pinches of Irish sea salt, Soda Bread, Lavender, and even locally foraged Irish sea weeds.
