Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options available. We are currently able to provide responsive shipping of paid goods to the U.K. R.O.I. and Europe. We also ship to the USA, however Duties will likely be payable by customer when order reaches USA. We can ship to areas outside these destinations but may take slightly longer to process this order.
*** ORDERS are DAP, the customer will have to pay duties/ Tariffs in their home country. Special note for USA customers, they will have to pay duties on all orders due to new executive laws implemented in the USA from August 2025 ***
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, making (24-72 hours), quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the chocolate factory for creation and dispatch. Orders may take 5-7 business / working days to complete from initial order especially in busy periods as we are making the products from scratch. The manufacturer and ParcelForce/ Royal Mail/ DPD/ DHL/ UPS process the orders, which takes an additional day.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We offer a variety of shipping options:
- Signed and/or Tracked.
- 1st class.
- 2nd Class
- Collection from NearyNógs Chocolate factory. This option is for locals only and is recommended for customers who can get transport to the factory site themselves.
We only post our orders on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
U.K. delivery 2nd class can take 48 - 72 hours. Deliveries of 2Kg or more will be sent via alternative courier (e.g. ParcelForce) which takes 24 - 48 hours within the U.K.
Republic of Ireland delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days.
E.U. orders can take 7 days approximately while international orders outside this are anytime from 7-15 days depending.
