~ CLASSIC - 60% dark chocolate ganache, coated with a layer of tempered chocolate, full or single origin flavours.
~ Gin - Locally sourced Gin, in a 60% Dark chocolate, with a hint of citrus, bursting with flavour notes of wild botanicals. Dusted in rich organic cocoa powder covered in a layer of tempered chocolate.
~Irish Whiskey - 60% dark chocolate, winter warming Irish whiskey with a dusting of icing sugar. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate.
~Espresso - 60% dark chocolate, full of coffee flavour and dusted with cocoa powder. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate.
~Tiramisu - 60% dark chocolate with a centre of creamy white chocolate, rich espresso and a generous splash of Killowen Distillery Gloria coffee liquors, Dusted in dark cocoa powder. Each truffle is covered in a layer of tempered chocolate.
