This Grenada chocolate comes from the Grococo Fann in Hermitage, St. Patricks.  This Trinitario variety is sourced from Chantal Coady and James Booths' smallholding and is Triple fermented giving it a special depth of flavour.

We added our spin on a festive favourite of pear and wanning winter spices!
