The Island of Ireland contains some of the finest food in the world. With this collection of Chocolate bars we introduce a taste of Irelands unique flavours which combine fantastically with Chocolate. These bars marry old Irish traditions with ancient flavours of Cacao. We use burnt sugar, orange bitters, Irish Whiskey, Gorse Flowers, pinches of Irish sea salt, seasonings of Irish dried sea weed and even Poitin (a native Irish alcohol using potatoes to distil) and even smoked turf as some of our ingredients.
